Dr Adel Ayad Al-Bouishi is a businessman and expert in the fields of construction, property investment, financial management and strategic planning, with professional and investment experience spanning from 1997 to the present day.
Dr Adel Ayad Al-Bouishi obtained a PhD in Financial Management and Strategic Planning in 2007 and currently serves as Managing Director of Al-Muzrab Libya, whilst also holding stakes in a number of companies and projects in the fields of waste recycling and agricultural and livestock production.

Abdul-Hafiz al-Raqai’i
A Libyan businessman, born on 1 January 1960 in Qasr Bin Ghashir, Tripoli. He obtained a university degree in telecommunications, specialising in telephone exchanges, in Greece in 1980.
Mr Abdulhafiz Gharibi has over 37 years’ experience in the industrial and business sectors and is regarded as one of the Libyan businessmen who have contributed to the development of the private industrial sector. He founded and manages a company specialising in aluminium and glass manufacturing and was one of the first investors in the glass industry within the Libyan private sector.
He is also involved in the Cooperative Company for the Management of Industrial Zones and Urban Development, serving as a member of its board of directors, in addition to his membership of the board of directors of the Libya Takaful Fund.
Throughout his career, he has combined technical and industrial expertise with administrative and investment work, with a particular focus on developing local industry, encouraging investment in the private sector and contributing to the development of industrial zones in Libya.
